When we gaze at the moon, it is something unifying for people around the globe. In a world of merchandise the moon cannot be owned. Archetypally, we feel a mystic kinship with the moon because it's a luminous sphere, like the soul. It’s up in the sky, and there is no newsfeed yet projected onto it. So you can take your mind out of the media world for a moment and gaze onto something that is cosmic and perfect.

If you have met the divine in some form, and I believe that many of you have, you would see that this is a sacred reality. It’s not hard to find the sacred, actually; it’s very easy. It’s never far from you, it is right inside of you, and all around you. We are all Sacred Mirrors. We are all mirrors of a greater light, like the moon reflecting the sun. That’s why the metaphor of the moon, the symbol of it, not only the reality of it, but the symbol… is so potent and beautiful because we are like that. The moon is a sacred mirror reflecting a greater light, just like us.⠀

Ok folks-i often say if there was an effective way to address the illiopsoas- or in this case illiacus I’d know but have yet to find a tool that doesn’t feel more like an abdominal massage. This my friends might be it also- I have no endorsement for this company - just thought I’d share.

Hi folks!
I'm excited to share with you that I will be starting my clinical Internship at The Liberation Institute in San Francisco as an Expressive Arts Therapist. Presently we are providing Telehealth services with a wide array of Somatic, Expressive Arts, and Transpersonal therapy methods with a Social Justice /Systems focus. I'm proud to be aligned with a facility that aims to deconstruct exclusivity and limited access to mental health services and seeks to be truly liberatory and inclusive especially to the underserviced population in need. We are a non-profit private facility that relies on the generosity of its donors and no one is turned away for lack of funds. Please know that during these stressful times there are resources available to assist you in this.

I’ve been very curious about intergenerational trauma or what some of us refer to as ancestral grief. Studies show how the methane molecule attaches to the DNA strand w/extreme trauma and stress. But what about healing? I think this might suggest this.
