Stella Park Naturopathic Change. It's how we grow and how we heal. As a doctor and intuitive, I love to work with people to c I worked with corporations to design and develop training.

I started learning metaphysical and clairvoyant skills in 1987 at an amazing school for psychics. While honing my intuitive abilities, I also got my MA in Adult Education and Instructional Technology. I was always passionate about healing and education. Most of my psychic training was learning to heal the soul, the spirit body, as the first step in creating health and freeing the soul for personal growth. After experiencing my own health challenge, I knew I needed to make a significant change in my life. I realized all the energy healing in the world was not enough. The body had to be included for real change and transformation--it had to be an integrated and embodied process. In 2005, I enrolled in the doctoral program for naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I opened my health and wellness practice as a board certified and licensed naturopathic doctor in 2011. Since the pandemic, I exclusively practice through my virtual online office. It is clear that there is a fundamental inner landscape that must be tended for true healing to happen. Naturopathic medicine not just about how food or supplements can change your body. Your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and your energetic substance--your soul--are the blueprint for real wellness. The epigenetics that switch those genes on or off can be influenced and nudged toward optimal health and wellness. Past trauma and intergenerational trauma may deeply affect a person's health. Part of my approach to a client's case is to assess the events within the family tree that can be impacting the person in present time. I use my intuitive skills to uncover and bring light to these places. Clients are coached on practices that can support this unraveling to bring space and movement into the energetic blocks that impede the flow of light and life affirming creativity.
