🤎 If you told little Giuliana , the girl who left Perú at age 5 to reunite with her dad, that one day she’d stand beside him, acknowledge him, in a room full of 90+ Latinas and allies at something called Latina Excellence, she wouldn’t have believed you.

This photo is more than an event moment. It’s resilient stories, sacrifice, and quiet prayers coming full circle. In a year that’s felt heavy for our community, I’m reminded that God is still restoring and writing new chapters.

Grateful for my parents, for where we started, and for where we’re going.

This year, my Thanksgiving gratitude looks like this🤎

A sold-out room of 90+ Latinas and allies.
Hugs that felt like home.
Vendors, speakers, and sponsors who believed in a vision that started as an idea and vision and is now a growing comunidad.

Latina Excellence was born from a little girl who longed for belonging, and today, I get to help create the very space I once prayed for. Every little aspect of this event esas truly a prayer answered 🙏🏽 Thank you, God.

Thank you to every mujer and allie who has poured time, love, resources, and faith into this work. You are the reason this room exists.

Wishing you all a gentle, grounded Thanksgiving , may you have slow moments, good food, and people who see you fully. 🕯✨

❤️‍🔥Amiga, I’m being honest, this year has tested me more than any other, in business, in leadership, and in faith. There were moments I questioned everything, even whether to keep going.

But what carried me has been my faith, that even when I can’t see the fruit, the seeds are still growing. 🌱

Latina Excellence is part of that faith, a reminder that even in hard seasons, our stories, our identities, and our sisterhood still matter. 🙏🏽

✨❤️‍🔥 Amiga, how did it all begin?

Our very first brunch was small, but powerful.
A handful of Latinas gathered around a table—sharing openly about life, business, identity, and everything in between. There was laughter, vulnerability, and that beautiful moment of realizing… we weren’t alone.

What started as a simple need turned into something much bigger—a movement.
The next year, the table doubled. The year after that, it grew again. And now, in our fourth year, Latina Excellence continues to evolve—bigger, bolder, and more intentional than ever. 💫

Creating this space is more than hosting an event—it’s an act of love.
It’s from mi corazón, born from a desire to give back, to hold space for us to show up fully—beyond titles, beyond roles, beyond entrepreneurship. It’s real!

❤️‍🔥Amiga, for a long time, I measured success by expectations—my parents’, my community’s, even my own. Always proving, always pushing. But this year, I’ve been unlearning that, yet the path has not been smooth. I’ve been tested, knocked down, stripped of so much that once felt right - but I am resilient and I have faith.

Now, I’m asking: what does success feel like when it’s not about pressure, but about peace?

For me, it looks like community; mujeres gathered around, celebrating not just our wins but our full identities. Vulnerable, deep, honest conversations that feed the soul. It’s beyond networking, it’s soulful. That’s what Latina Excellence is about. 🌸
