I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques to help create meaningful growth. Michelle has been with the team at Key Counseling since August 2024. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of NJ. Michelle has over 20 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan from children through older adults in hospitals, hospice, and outpatient therapy settings. Key Counseling Clinician Spotlight - Denise Lidovitch BC-DMT, LPC, ACS

Denise has been with the team at Key Counseling since January 2025. She has been a therapist for 22 years. Denise is experienced working with women dealing with trauma in vast areas of their lives, perinatal & postpartum disorders, disordered eating, body image issues , self acceptance and mood disorders. Denise is an Approved Clinical Supervisor and has had the opportunity to supervise graduate students and associate licensed therapists. She cherishes time with her family, enjoys visiting museums, libraries and the beach. She currently sees clients for Telehealth appointments.
