Hello everyone, happy Friday !
Did workout after three months , I just kept postponing to start but today when I woke up , my mindset was , no matter what , it’s happening. My body was getting stiff and I was getting more lazy ….
It’s been two months for hubby’s departure, miss him every single day ….but life cannot keep going the way I lived for last two months…it has to change and I had to take care of my self, no more excuses….
So didn’t wanted to wait for Monday…
Today is my day one back to what I was doing before …
What has helped me to get through this two months???
❤️. My kids and my close family …
❤️. My still healthy routine of eating properly with some comfort food …
❤️. Walking my 10000 steps …
❤️. The biggest I started meditating twice a day !
So my suggestion to who ever and what ever you are going through, if nothing else please find peace in your heart , without any guilt to move out from your circumstances……
