‼️‼️‼️ATTENTION HOLIDAY FESTIVAL EXHIBITORS- PER RELEASE OF WEC MANAGEMENT, ALL HORSES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A 14 DAY HEALTH CERTIFICATE. DECLARATIONS OF HEALTH ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED FOR IN STATE HORSES- ALL PAPERWORK WILL BE INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL AT ALL ENTRANCE GATES. NO EXCEPTIONS. ‼️‼️‼️
