"You are Never Too Old to Set a New Goal or Dream a New Dream." Lewis

Inspiration starts right here. Living your life fully, feeling moved and inspired, totally abundant and ready to heal on all levels. Life is always full of challenges but we are not defined by those challenges. Coaching is a great tool for people who find themselves stagnant and not being able to move forward. We, as human beings, often get stuck "in our own way" and prevent ourselves from living a life that we deserve. Whether I am coaching people with active addictions or in recovery, the goals are the same - to provide support, tools, inspiration and a listening ear to allow people to produce extraordinary results in their lives. As a coach, I do not affirm one particular way of healing or achieving sobriety or abstinence in your life. I am here to help guide you to sustain a meaningful life. As a client, it is up to you to create the intentions and actions you are looking for to create a healthy life with a strong foundation. During our sessions you choose the topics of conversation and the path you want to pursue in your life while I listen and contribute through questions and observations. Allow me to accelerate your progress through helping you to enhance your learning, improve your performance and achieve your goals! This is NOT a political post! This is a post by as an investigative journalist who has been working on this story for several years. Please watch!! I post this here as my heart breaks for the underage young girls who were r***d and s*xually assaulted by not only Jeffrey Epstein, but also by Donald Trump. This particularly speaks about a woman who, at the age of 13, had been trafficked and introduced to Trump. She was forcibly r***d, tied up and physically assaulted by him on more than one occasion. In 2016, she was going to give a press conference before Trump was elected President and even showed up at the location. But she was threatened, as was her family, that if she spoke up her safety and her family’s safety was in jeopardy. I have personal feelings about the subject of s*x trafficking because someone I know and love very much also got caught up by s*x traffickers, and a very similar situation of grooming took place, the only difference is that instead of millionaires, some of these people were police officers! How dare any person abuse a child! Growing up in New Jersey, I would see Trump on the nightly news which was broadcast from NY city. He was a Pl***oy, dishonest with stories about him not paying his vendors, hid behind his money, and because he is a narcissist and knows how to work the public, he has been able to fool many. But this is a step too far if we allow the most powerful man in the world to stay in Office if he is a pe*****le and/or he has direct knowledge of pe******ia happening within his circle of friends! What does that say about us as a people and a country unless we continue to demand answers and share information. We may not all be on the same page politically and that’s OK! That is what makes us a great country, but when it comes to young girls… We should all be on the same page !

As the Epstein saga rages on, we take a closer look at a 2016 civil case that was filed, and eventually withdrawn in federal court, against Donald trump and ...

Why Does Coherence Matter? One’s ability to self-regulate the quality of feeling and emotion of one’s moment-to-moment experience influences our physiology and the reciprocal interactions between physiological, cognitive, and emotional systems. Self-induced positive emotions is reflected in the pattern of one’s heart’s rhythm, which in turn increases the coherence in bodily processes. This shift in the heart rhythm plays an important role in facilitating higher cognitive functions, creating emotional flexibility, and facilitating social connectedness.

My mind is blown! No wonder our country is full of unhealthy people and our kids suffer - especially in schools. Lucky Charms people, really!

Buckle up. This one is a doozy. You probably missed it, but in September 2022, the White House hosted a conference that focused on nutrition, health, and hunger in America. Dariush Mozaffarian, who was one of the main organizers of the event and is currently Dean of the Tufts School of Nutrition —...

As a Recovery Coach, I am always humbled and honored to be witness to other people’s recovery stories. Megan is one of those stories. She was gracious enough to allow me to share her story to my page. Most every one of us has a story - and many have endured “dark nights of the soul” hardship. When we can find the strength to turn our lives around, that’s when “magic” happens. Thank you Megan for sharing.

*raw post*
I began my healing journey on-I remember the date: November 6, 2015. While I’ve made marked progress over the years, this has been the best year yet.
To me, best doesn’t imply easiest or refer to some linear sequence of positive events( although there were many). Best, because of the satisfaction and self-esteem derived from overcoming obstacles, improved thoughts and subsequent behavior. Practicing faith and trust especially when things seem dark. Telling a loved one: “ I’m not ok.” vs being elusive and suffering in silence. I still struggle with many of the same symptoms of self-defeating thoughts, doubt, holding back & isolating to name a few. The difference is in the recognition followed by opposite action. Less thinking. More doing.
As cliché as it sounds, progress is everything. To be alive is to grow, to feel everything without numbing and think more about others than yourself. I have been alive and simultaneously asleep—a walking empty shell of a person in what feels like a past life. So entrenched in my own self-pity, drowning my anxiety and depression with alcohol, that thinking of others simply wasn’t in the cards. I hurt my family. I distanced myself from the people that meant everything to me. I was stagnant, not growing and utterly incredulous at my circumstances and couldn’t look at myself in the mirror.
This was beyond painful, and an existence that I feel compelled to unpack as I am realizing it. is.happening. all. around. me. There’s healing and liberation in sharing our story-both previous and current suffering. We always think we are unique and that no one has ever been in our position and felt the depth of pain we have. Someone has. Many are. Even worse. I can honestly say I am only alive by the grace of God and there is an assignment for me. If you’re struggling, I implore you to reach out. There is freedom and healing available. For me, when the alcohol was removed, the work started. The alcohol was not the problem. Drinking was just one obvious symptom—and a lethal one.
So when I say best year, it is because of the stark contrast of what I have known and choosing to stay on the other side. ❤️❤️❤️
(For anyone who might need to talk to someone who “gets” it, reach out…You are never alone).

This interview on my podcast “Cella’s Chat” with Dr. Kelly Turner in 2014 regarding radical remissions from Cancer feels relevant to share today. It’s twofold - people have talked to me lately about cancer diagnosis but also, Dr. Turner’s book “Radical Remission, Surviving Cancer Against All Odds,” gives vital information about how we can use these techniques for everyday living. I think, on this time when everyone had been living with so much stress, it’s a great reminder of how resilient our bodies can be. I hope you enjoy this episode!

Why is it that we never hear about people and radical remissions
