Truly an epic weekend of fun was had over here at TLY for our Buddha Boot Camp Weekend Intensive. 😂 🍇 🔥 🐺 🚲
The balance of strength and stretch is an important thing at TLY. We don’t promote aesthetics over function, so hyper-mobility is balanced with strength, and strength is balanced with functional mobility.
It’s also important to us to keep the spirituality in yoga, and the Buddha in Boot Camp, so that you are developing awareness of self, not by passing your body’s needs or physically fit but stressed in the mind.
For us, it’s a mental, physical and spiritual fitness. ✨
This class was specifically designed by Rachael in 2015 to address all you need for healing + maintenance in one 60 minute session.
Strength + Skill building, Cardio, Somatic Release + Intuitive Movement, Meditation, Yoga, Breath Connection + A s**t ton of fun in every class. 😎
It’s been so beautiful to watch it come alive uniquely in each one of these instructors.
After this weekend we are so excited to add some new Full Body Buddha Boot Camp offerings and some epic new teachers to the line up. 😍✨

Monday 9 am (glutes + legs)
Monday 530 pm (full body)
Tuesday 9 am (full body)
Wednesday 9 am (core)
Thursday 9 am (full body)
Friday 9 am (upper body burn)
