I know many of you think of True Light Yoga and picture sweaty Boot Camp classes and inversions— and yes we love that. But trust us, we’ve created just as many opportunities for you to slow down, soften, and truly rest.
Tonight we have a special restorative class with at 5:30 pm . This will be the last Wednesday of every month to end our “yoga for athletes series”.
This week we’re introducing a weekly Crystal Bowls + Yin class with Tara 🤍 plus a full lineup of slower, more restorative options if that’s what your body (and mind) are craving.
We can’t stress enough the importance of having one part of your day that’s tech free and just for you. Whether sweaty or still… we got you.
So If you’ve been feeling the pull to unplug—even just for 60 minutes—this is your sign.
