Did you slack on working out for whatever excuse? I did. Doesn’t matter how busy, doesn’t matter our injuries (with certain hardcore exceptions of course, duh)… We can prioritize the time and we can adjust our workout routine around our injuries. But boy oh boy does it feel good to have been back in it for a while and see my muscles building back up!
We gotta be strong to be the best caregivers of our family, friends and neighbors. We need to be our childrens’ best example. Not to mention, we sure can’t take care of our property and gardens into old age if we allow our bods to get weak!
If you’ve been out of it, get back in it TODAY! Shoot, drop into some squats right now! Contract those ab muscles if you’re working a desk. Then on your way home, grab some dumbbells!
What a blessing this body is. What a shame to take it for grated. What a gift it is to have a new day to protect & improve it. Thank you Lord.
