In case you needed a pick me up today… here’s 11 year old - 7th grade - me, rocking those bangs like nobody’s business.

My intuition was coming through strong and my bu****it detector was fine tuning to the hypocrisy I saw/heard/felt around me. I was developing my sense of who could be trusted and who to steer clear of.

I was figuring out who I was as my heart and throat chakra were developing. I felt unsure every day because I didn’t exactly fit in and there weren’t a whole lot of Prince fans in my school…

But you wouldn’t know that by this photo cuz that day I was clearly in my confidence, shining in that outfit and do’ 🤣

3 years ago in the midst of pandemic lockdown, we found our baby Bodhi. He had a rough start at life, but with the help of his friends at and his awesome foster mama , he was given a second chance at life, and we are forever grateful. He is the silliest, most protective, ridiculous, playful, devoted dog and melts our hearts daily with his love and antics. Happy Gotcha-Day Bodhi!!!
