Botox aftercare matters more than you think 💉✨ The little things you do after your appointment can make all the difference in your results:

• Skip workouts & yoga for at least 4–6 hours
• Hold off on facial tools (gua sha, rollers) for 12–24 hours
• No intense cardio or sweating for the rest of the day
• Wait at least 30–60 minutes before applying makeup
• Avoid lying flat for 4 hours post-treatment
• Don’t rub, massage, or apply pressure to treated areas
• Limit alcohol the same day to reduce bruising
• Stay out of saunas, steam rooms, and excessive heat for 24 hours
