You can heal your shoulder with just 10 minutes a day. I know we are all busy, but don’t tell me you don’t have 10 minutes to take control of your health and solve your problem.
This is the process of one of our patients that came in with over six months of shoulder pain causing difficulty with sleep and stopped training due to continued pain. After just two weeks working at Upgrade PT, their peak force improved dramatically, pain dropped, and they’re already back to working out without issues.
