Our 100% Microgreen Power Powder is exactly that! 100% of our small batch, locally (WI) and organically grown, non-GMO microgreens! We take our freshly harvested microgreens and dehydrate at a low temp (130 degrees) for an extended period (6-8 hours). Once fully dehydrated, they are ground into a fine powder, blended together and bottled for your use.
Each jar is comprised of a proprietary blend of microgreens: Arugula, Basil, Beet, Broccoli, Cantaloupe, Cilantro, Kale, Kohlrabi, Mustard, Pea, Radish and Sunflower.
A serving size of 1/2 tsp added and well-blended into your beverage of choice or mixed into soup, yogurt, apple sauce, oatmeal, pasta sauce, taco meat, egg salad, etc is equal to a serving of veggies!
It provides a nutritional boost to your daily intake, helps your picky eaters get their veggies in (without being detected!), is a great way to get the important vitamins and nutrients our bodies need, and is an easier way for those who want to get their veggies in, with minimal sensitivity that can be experienced for some, when digesting mature vegetables.
