108 sun salutations for the Spring Equinox.

All proceeds benefit , an organization that directly supports patients and caregivers affected by this sh*tty diagnosis - like me 🙋🏽‍♀️

All are welcome!

There is zero judgement and zero intimidation or expectations. Most are surprised by how good it feels to do this movement meditation together. It's a powerful experience.

ALL bodies are welcome!

Hot tea will be served and a raffle to follow.

This is a 10-week semi-private sculpt yoga series that will be offered both in-person (Ogden) and online (live Zoom).

I only have room for 6 bodies in-person so if you want a spot, be sure to snag it!
