🌟 Feeling Extra Grateful Today 🌟

I can’t even begin to describe how thankful I am for the incredible team I have at Cornerstone Caregiving. While I’m working remotely and recovering from surgery, my amazing office team and caregivers have stepped up in every way imaginable.

Just look at these pictures! 📸
One of our fabulous caregivers, Jennifer, volunteered to run a Trunk-or-Treat event for us, and it turned out absolutely amazing! She put her heart into it and looks fantastic doing it. 🎃👻

And Timery, our new Office Manager, has gone above and beyond. She literally started the day before my surgery, and she has taken every curve ball as a chance to learn, grow and step-up. Today, Instead of letting me mail out our newsletters like planned, she insisted on hand-delivering them giving her the chance to meet our referral partners face-to-face, building relationships, and representing Cornerstone Caregiving with such grace and enthusiasm.

I am just so proud of this team. 💙
They’ve taken every challenge and turned it into an opportunity to grow and serve with compassion. I absolutely could not do this without them.

🌟 Feeling beyond grateful after an incredible week at our annual C3 Conference! 🌟

Last week, I had the amazing opportunity to gather with Operating Directors from all across the country. We had representation from nearly all 42 states where Cornerstone Caregiving currently operates. It was inspiring to network with so many dedicated leaders, share ideas and “tricks of the trade,” and attend sessions that truly helped me learn, grow, and bring back new strategies to strengthen our own operation here in Utah. 💪💡

I also loved reconnecting with friends from my early Shadow Week days and building brand new friendships that I know will last for years to come. This experience reminded me how special it is to be part of a company that not only cares for others but also invests so much in helping its leaders grow.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Homebase team for all the hard work that went into making this event so special. From the classes and the hotel to the incredible activities (and yes, my first ever live band karaoke experience 🎤😄), it was truly unforgettable!

I can’t wait to see what next year brings — the bar has been set high!

This is why we do what we do! We help our clients preserve their energy by helping them with things they HAVE to do, which enables them to do the things they WANT to do.

One of our incredible caregivers sent us this message:

“____ and I went for a hike this morning! He has been wanting to go and I told him I would feel more comfortable if I went with him ... We hiked for just under a mile total. Showed me a lot of the stuff he has done for the trail here.“

When we sent the message and pictures to his daughter, she said she honestly didn’t think he would be able to hike again and expressed what a tremendous gift that was!

*Our client has spent decades on the trails behind his home building footbridges clearing debris and other conservation efforts. It was a beautiful full circle moment. 🩵
