🍬The temptations are fast approaching on the horizon!🍪

So many delicious sweet treats are about to be in abundance at every turn and it can be hard to stop indulging once we've started! While we won't be skipping out on the sweets entirely, we may quickly find there CAN be too much of a good thing, so we're gearing up for a balanced holiday season with Ceylon cinnamon and Blood Sugar supplements!

We're busting out the diffuser for cold and flu season!

🤧 We always find it helpful and refreshing to set the diffuser up with a few essential oils that suit the occasion when we're feeling under the weather!

🌬 If you've got the AC running (since it's still in the 80s mid-October), or have the heater on later in the year, the sinuses can dry out quickly, so we like to add a little moisture back into the room and soothe our airways at the same time! Our favorite routine right now is adding eucalyptus and tea tree, or a germ-fighting blend to cleanse the air, and lavender to help us relax in the evenings! 🪻
