Sorry I have been slacking. But last Friday I went to the dr and he said he was very impressed with my number. Not only for maintaining 230 since October but I have lost 46% of body fat and only 16% of muscle mass. So I am super excited.

So with my page I want to be as open and vulnerable
as I can. To be completely honesty myself. The pic of me in 2022 I love myself and hated the body I was in. Felt like I was going no where. The pic from today. I can honestly say I love myself even with the rolls and belly. I have grown so much mentally and physically as so much more spiritually. If anyone can learn anything from me. I hope that you can learn to love yourself no matter what size, shape as well as any flaws, because you are Perfect just the way you are.

You know you are doing good when the towel that never touched before does now and them come. Small scales Victory’s are the best in the world 🥰 Living myself more and more 😊
