Hi friends! 💜
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about intention, and how I go about living my life day to day. How much of my thoughts and actions are automatic, and how much are they inhibiting my ability to show up in my own life as the person I want to be.
We tend to live very subconsciously-what we think, driving to work, eating mindlessly-many of our daily actions are on auto pilot.
Where in your life can you live with more intention? Consider asking yourself in the morning, “What is my intention for today?” “How do I intend to behave today?” “Where in my day can I become more intentional/conscious?”
This morning my intention was to be more conscious in my responses to people. I tend to be a reactor, and sometimes that can cause issues because I’m not fully participating in my response. So today I have been more conscious in taking a pause before responding, and responding from the heart.
