Our Story

Oklahoma City's oldest yoga studio, since 2004. Spirit House Yoga is owned and operated by the most highly educated, experienced, certified yoga teachers in the state, offering a variety of classes that honor the abilities of each individual student. In addition to ongoing classes, Spirit House Yoga offers comprehensive 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Thai Yoga Bodywork Training, and is a Yoga Alliance Registered School. Our Healing Arts staff is available for private yoga sessions, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Raindrop Technique, Positional Release Yoga and Applied Kinesiology to promote balance and healthy lifestyle.
