Here are some exercises to assist in lymphatic drainage movement.

This is especially important for those that spend quite a bit of time seated.

This is where inner child work comes in. For our own healing, we are called to go inwards and give our child-selves what we needed and did not receive. This is also referred to as reparenting; being what you needed for yourself that you didn’t receive, and telling little you what you needed to hear in that situation, with love, self acceptance and assurance that they are now safe to be fully and authentically themselves.
