~ my all time favorite restaurant in NYC. Every year I visit NYC and this is always a must stop. Making my way through the entire menu. This time it was 2 apps ~ Escargots Beurre Maitre D'hotel: Oyster mushrooms "snails" in parsley garlic butter & Plateau de Fromage Végétal: Combination of four French cashew cultured cheeses. For entrees we enjoyed the Crabe Pané aux Choux de Bruxelles: Slightly crispy "crab" cake topped with tartar sauce and served with Brussels sprouts & the Poulet Basquaise: Slowly cooked "Chicken legs" with "chorizo", melted 3 colored peppers, onions & tomatoes served on
top of semolina.

did not disappoint! We shared the dumplings combo & spring rolls. I had the Tom Kha soup, mmm.... and my friend had the Panang Noodle Soup. It's definitely one of the best plant-based restaurants in all of NYC!
