This is about "the system" that we have been programmed to live in, it's not a character flaw.

When pressure stays high for too long, clarity disappears and your whole body is taking the hit.

Understanding reduces pressure and it gives you the ability to flip the script on "the societal norm" and allows you to regain control of your nervous system.

As a solo Entrepreneur, it is helpful to have this automated "assistant" known as ChatGPT to help me take complex ideas and move into action... faster.

As I've been having fun with AI over the holidays, I thought I'd do a little experiment with ChatGPT.

The idea was for ChatGPT to take our conversations over the years and show images and captions of how it perceives the way I show up in my work and in my life.

According to ChatGPT, none of these images is the whole of me.... but together, they tell a story.

Over the next 8 days, I'll post Chat's perception...
