The first type of appointment is 60-90 minutes for $111.
This includes intuitive Aromatherapy and Life Coaching.
The second type of appointment is 2 hours for $222.
This includes intuitive Aromatherapy, Life Coaching and a Yoga Nidra session (this is a deep process, very relaxing and works with the subconscious to create overall change).

You’re not failing at healing.

FACEBOOK FOLLOWERS - I'm popping in to say it's my birthday! 🥳
To celebrate, I'm clearing away some things to make room for other things that allow me to better guide and support the people who need what I do.
Starting tomorrow, my email list converts to an interactive platform. A no cost way to assist subscribers in a much more fun way.
Transitions and storms are part of life and it can be difficult to know when to stay the course, change the course or stop completely.
In my world, I have had more transitions than most humans I know. So, I have gotten really good at turning chaos and confusion into clarity.
In the past, I couldn't let go. Hanging on felt like a badge of honor for me. It didn't matter what it was: Jobs that weren't aligned with my soul, Relationships that were toxic, Habits that harmed me, Behaviors that were unbecoming of the life I wanted for myself or simply hanging on to things/people that took up so much space in my brain, I didn't have time to think about what was really important to me (or figure out what that was).
Over time, I learned how to feel what was in alignment for me and what wasn't. I learned how to let go when things were no longer a fit.
The way I navigate hard things is a process that I have honed over my 61 years (gasp...that's right...I turned 61, today!) Although, I would love to teach it to you, I cannot, if you are not connected.

As an adult survivor of childhood trauma/abuse, I can honestly say that life has Polarity. There is top and bottom, dark and light, good and bad, etc. I have yet to find ANYTHING that is all one and not the other. It is the yin/yang of our existence.
To truly reach a state of conscious living, I began to see the value in every situation of my life.
While my early training may not have been the best example of “what to do” with a child; the lessons and skills I received continue to shape me and give me strength.
In 2014, I began to hear a calling from God with my name on it. It scared me to death. The calling came through as YOU are to be an “Internationally known Speaker, Author, Master Teacher and Healer”. YOU are here to Inspire, Motivate, Empower and Transform the lives of others using the stories of your life.
After just relocating 1000 miles, my life began to unravel. I began the process of literally UNBECOMING everything I had ever been. I have lost EVERYTHING (my career, my new husband/marriage, both my cats, my “stuff”, I have faced homelessness and so much more. All in the name of doing my best to fulfill what I have been called to do and BECOMING who I AM.
As an incredibly shy and introverted person, I could barely say my name when called upon in a crowd. At 19, I was called upon to teach computer classes at the Internal Revenue Service (my early career) and would literally throw up before I had to teach each class. WHO THE HELL AM I? WHO THE HELL CARES WHAT I HAVE TO SAY? Exactly, the questions and challenges I have been facing since 2014.
The truth is...I have been through A LOT in my life. So much that it overwhelms people when they hear even the most minimal pieces of my story. You see I was given ALL the experiences of my life, so that I would be ready NOW. I was given a voice to SPEAK so others know that I will HEAR them and SEE them, like nobody else can.
My starts/stops have confused a lot of people, including myself. Since I heard this calling, I have attempted to put myself in many boxes and I just didn’t fit. So, I’m trying again to see if this direction reach my students.
To many, I may look like a crazy person BUT, I was given a calling and I intend to fulfill it to the best of my ability. As I was told so many times “Can’t never could, because can’t never tried”. I am here to lead a movement, let’s do this thing!
“When the Student is ready, the Teacher appears”. I have literally been in training my entire life.
If YOU believe that you are here to live a life beyond what you are living, then you may have found one of your teachers. If so, I am honored to serve you.
