Choice was founded in 2007 by David Jackson, a licensed physical therapist. At the heart of his decision to start the business was his grandfather's struggle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's Disease) during his childhood. He was, and continues to be, forever grateful to the nurses, therapist, aides, and other healthcare providers that touched his family during that t
