This year, we will be offering monthly religious trauma support groups—each month centered around a different theme related to religious harm, deconstruction, grief, identity, and healing.

You don’t need the “right words.”
You don’t need to be fully deconstructed.
You don’t need to know what you believe or have it all figured out.

You just need a place where your experience makes sense.
