My mission is to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle by implementing a nutrition and fitness protocol that aligns with your goals. JJEF’s training philosophy is based on functional movements. Functional movements are centered around whole body compound movements. For example, picking up and carrying a heavy object. Strengthening the body with natural compound movements will help prevent injury in your day to day life. My clients come from all walks of life - from high school athletes aspiring to crack the starting line-up, moms and dads who simply want to be able to play with their kids without getting out of breath, even pre-type 2 diabetics. There are no shortcuts or magic pills, it take commitment and consistency in order to reach your goals.
