Some people may dislike Herman’s Pride Lamium (Lamium maculatum ‘Hermann’s Pride’) because of its aggressiveness, but I happen to love the sunny yellow blooms against the shiny silver and green leaves. (Even if I have to prune it back a couple of times a year.)
It makes a great ground cover on a bank for erosion control and pollinators love it (especially bumblebees).
