Using a psychospiritual approach, I incorporate tools such as meditation, yoga, breathwork, soul retrieval with bilateral stimulation, and other somatic healing practices. I am also a licensed physical therapist assistant. I have more than 16+ years of experience and training in holistic health. Honey Lavender Syrup Recipe

Starbucks has their lavender cold foam Matcha latte, and I am not fond of the sugar that is in it, so I decided to make my own lavender syrup.

Rootwork, from ancestor veneration to candle work, cleanses, herbal remedies, and working with all of Earth's gifts, are practices weaved into my everyday life. Rootwork IS my life.

Our bodies literally keep score of our experiences. Do you notice yourself repeating the same patterns on your journey?

It’s often because a part of you is still holding on to the past, attached to an old way of being or reacting to situations that are no longer present.

Somatic release offers a gentle practice to start shaking that stored energy loose. These old experiences live in the body, and movement can help them finally begin to release.

When you’re in full moon ritual praying to let go of what no longer serves you, sometimes it takes more than a burning ritual. Sometimes it requires physical and energetic release. Somatic work supports that process.

How it all begun

When you go on a journey of soul searching you never know where you will end up. 12 years ago I decided to do just that. I begun connecting to the Spirit within my body and the gifts I was blessed with at birth. It all started when I placed my feet on my first yoga mat. From there I went on adventures through different realms of existence of different philosophies, cultural practices, religions, and self studies, enhancing my self awareness and heightening the psychic knowing that I ran from for years. I gathered a large aray of tools along the way. Spiritual tools, physical tools, mental tools, that all enhanced my human existence and brought me into more alignment with my soul body and my life purpose. I also finally learned how to listen to the voice within and allow it to be my daily guide instead of running from it because I didn’t know what was going on. Somewhere along the way a door opened to becoming a conduit of the divine messages from God/Spirit for the collective consciousness as well as individual conscious truths for those who asked for my guidance. Synergy Soul was actually known as Bloom With Boom for almost 4 years prior to becoming what it is today. As I continue to grow and expand my conscious awareness so does Synergy Soul. It is the healing empire that I always dreamed of and expanding in ways that I could have never imagined. The life mission of Synegy Soul is to guide others to enhance their human experiences and align with their heighest truths by improving their Spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental health. I thank God/Spirit, my team of Ancestors that walk with me daily, my Guardian Angels and all of those who support the work of Synergy Soul every day for helping me manifest this dream and make it reality, especially my husband because he has been there since day one and is always rooting me on when I come with up all of the crazy things I have decided to go for in these last 10 years we have been together. Good thing success is my foundation because everythings always works out for me in the best way possible.
