Meet Jayshree Surage, C-IAYT, MS, 500 RYT — a compassionate Yoga Therapist dedicated to bridging Eastern and Western healing traditions. With a background in neurobiology and integrative health, Jayshree blends science and spirituality to support individuals on their journey toward balance and well-being.

Her offerings include personalized Yoga Therapy and Thai Yoga Bodywork, creating safe and inclusive spaces that foster healing from the inside out.
