Prioritizing your sleep schedule can have a dramatic impact on your mental health.

Sometimes it feels like there are not enough hours in the day, or you stay up late into the evening on the couch so that you have some "me time." This can actually make you feel worse. Being well rested means that you are more able to accomplish the tasks on your to-do list.
