This month has certainly been a busy one for our team! We couldn’t let November pass without recognizing our AMAZING Home Health team during National Home Health Care Month!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our Home Health Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and CNAs—these dedicated professionals improve quality of life and make healing at home possible for so many patients. They truly make a difference through expert symptom management, personalized care, and improved safety and mobility, helping patients thrive in the comfort of their home.

We are so lucky to have such an extraordinary group of professionals! 💫

November is National Hospice and Palliative Care Month💫

This month encourages discussions about end-of-life care preferences and the importance of learning about such care. At OnCare Health, we’re proud to support individuals and families along their healthcare journey through both palliative and hospice support.

✨Did you know?

Palliative care can be provided at any stage of a chronic disease — alongside treatments meant to cure or manage disease. It focuses on closely managing symptoms, advance care planning and emotional support.

Hospice care is for when the focus shifts to comfort and either curative or aggressive measures are no longer managing the disease or when an individual wishes to stop curative treatment.

Both types of care are about improving quality of life and ensuring every moment matters - no matter how long an individual's journey is with their disease. Let’s spread awareness, start conversations, and celebrate the caregivers who provide this incredible support every day.
