We know that not everyone is meant to stay here forever, but no matter how long or short the stay, we appreciate the contributions you made to growing True North from a small "closet" of an office, 2 clients, and 3 caregivers in 2022 to 2 offices, 8 Leadership positions, 36 clients and 65 care providers in 2025.

Unlike with big companies, our meetings aren't just about hitting number goals. In fact it's a very small part of what we're talking about. Our meetings are really about coming up with creative solutions that will make the biggest impact on our team and our clients.
