Ooweee let me Laughastè!

RAspect to the collective healing that is taking place, but don’t just heal for social media heal in real life.

For me personally I’m grateful for my purpose and how it’s reflecting and helping me in my personal life. Regulating my nervous system and releasing trauma with somatic healing has been a generational game changer for me.

Releasing trauma stored in my body from my childhood releasing its like a breath of fresh air. And I won’t say it’s easy but it’s necessary.

Oowee let me Laughastè! First off let me say transparency is not always easy but it’s a relief on so many levels! This doesn’t mean that I am not qualified it just means that Im properly preparing for purpose and Divine provision. And it so happens that the preparation is me practicing what I preach so I can teach hahaha HEALarious!!! Oowee (Hug and Heal Laugh)

But um not HEALarious Melanin is not Mama Melanin tryna quantum Leap into my divine vocal expressions when is her season of rest and RAlaxation…

Nobody is requiring or forcing me. This is a personal choice to REfresh and sharpen my skills that has been on my plate to eat since 2021.
I’ve already went through the course, now allowing it to re-enter into my vortex.

But yea Titration hahaha!!!

🙌🏿 Great question! Constant flight is just energy looking for an exit. In Laughastè yoga we use Somatic Discharge to turn that ‘running away’ energy into ‘moving forward’ power.

L. Tip one: The next time you feel that urge to bolt, try these two asanas
Ascension Laugh
Boxing Laugh
For 60 seconds of skipping or playful ‘boxing’ with a laugh. This tells your brain: ‘I am no longer running; I am moving with purpose.

L.Tip 2: Practice “Micro-Titration” (The Oowee Pause)
Don’t wait for a meltdown to catch the “flight” feeling when it’s just a flutter.

Peace on purpose collective! Gentle parenting… No 🙅🏿‍♀️ awareness partnering yes!!👍🏿

Let’s laugh about it!… RAspectfully Speaking. I know growing up. I never heard about nervous system regulation. I never seen my parent parental utilize any proper preparation tools before interacting with me but one thing that I’ve learned as a parent now is operating from my regulating nervous system is a effect when it comes to interacting with your child.

When a parental uses a Laughastè Asana to regulate first, they become a “Biological Anchor.” Their lowered heart rate and steady breath send a sub-conscious signal to the child’s brain that says: “The big person is okay, so I can be okay too.”

Your child doesn’t need a perfect parent, but your child does need a regulated parent .

By saying “Ooowee, Let Me Laughastè,” a parent models Emotional Intelligence. 🪞The child learns that big feelings aren’t “bad”… they are just signals that need a Laughastè and Regulate .

Happy New Moon! Oowee let me Laughastè because even the most blissful life can be stressful.!

Laughastè family, Eustress… Ever heard of it!?

RAspectfully… I noticed (myself included) that even when we’re manifesting our dreams & living our most blissful lives, our bodies can often react with a “distress response.”
Why!?
Bcuz our nervous systems don’t always know the difference between the “Ooowee!” of excitement and the “Ooowee!” of overwhelm. Without a way to regulate that energy, we self-sabotage, burn out, or feel disconnected from the joy we’ve worked so hard to create.
And that’s when you realize preparation isn’t just about the mind, it’s somatic!
Don’t forget to Laughastè today 🧘🏿‍♀️✨☺️
