We will be back in the office TOMORROW!! 🥳 Our hours this week are Monday-Wednesday 9:30-12:30 and 3:00-5:30. We will be closed on Thursday for New Year’s Day.

Thank you for your understanding as we spent last week with our families. We thoroughly enjoyed it and feel refreshed and ready to ring in the New Year with you!

Winter season typically means less sunshine (therefore, lower vitamin D levels), dryer air, more treats/sugar, less movement, more stress, and so on. This commonly brings sniffles and sickness to many households 🤧

GOOD NEWS THOUGH! Winter does NOT have to = “sick season”.

What we focus on in our office is clearing the nervous system of interferences so all the body systems can function at their optional level. This includes the immune system.

A less stressed nervous system = a happier and healthier body and mind (no matter the season). Go into the holiday’s feeling confident in your immune system and it’s capabilities 💪🏼
