Hooray for more sunlight! 🌞 But that one-hour shift may have a big impact—especially for older adults and children. Changes in sleep schedules can affect mood, energy, memory, and daily routines, sometimes for days or even weeks.

We encourage families and caregivers to:
✅ be patient with changes in sleep or behavior
✅ keep routines as consistent as possible
✅ allow extra rest and gentle transitions
✅ check in often and offer reassurance

Needing social work help-check out Rooted Courage

Last Wednesday, Rooted Courage had the privilege of leading a full‑day seminar for hospice social workers from across Nebraska. The session offered a meaningful blend of refreshed knowledge, new insights, and valuable connection related to all things hospice and its relation to the social work role.
