Happy New Year everyone!
I am going to try to set a challenge every month this year.
This is drink your water January!
I am setting a goal for myself to drink 80 oz of water a day. I would like everyone to get a minimum of 65oz in. I would prefer everybody get 80oz in.
Start first thing in the morning and stop 2 to 3 hours before bed.
The water it takes to make something does not count!
I want water, pure water. Not carbonated.
You can put slices of; lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, kiwi, cucumber, grapes, strawberries, or something else in the water, but nothing that's going to change the color or complete flavor of the water. So no Crystal Light, Mio, or other flavor mixes.
Figure out some way to track it. Write it down, have a water tracking app, text your best friend every time you take a drink. I don't care how you do it just that you drink the water.
It helps to keep a little cup in the bathroom and in the kitchen for yourself. Every time you wash your hands get a drink before you have a snack get a drink before you eat a meal get a drink. If you have Dixie cups do water shots LOL! Keep water with you at all times and then drink little bits as you go as well. Everybody drop a hint for helping yourself to drink water in the comments if you would please.
