Fern Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering FREE mindfulness-based regulation programs for children in Omaha.

We offer free mindfulness-based regulation programs like kids’ yoga, creative activities, and bilingual mindfulness classes.
🌿Who We Support:
Children ages 5–12 (including sensory-sensitive kids), caregivers, and families seeking emotional wellness and community connection.
🌿 Why It Matters:
In an overstimulating world, nervous system support isn’t optional—it’s essential. We’re here to nurture resilience and emotional health, one breath and one child at a time.
🌿About Our Founder + Educator:
Alexis Espinoza-Arrubla is a:
✨Mindfulness based Regulation Educator who founded , a wellness small business helping caregivers, women and kids develop self-regulation skills through mindfulness practices such as movement, relaxation and creative activities —approaches grounded in science.
After years of working with schools, nonprofit organizations, and local businesses, Alexis saw her Mindfulness for Kids project grow beyond its initial scope, highlighting the need for a dedicated space to serve more children.
