Spicy Smoked paprika shrimp with mushroom asparagus risotto meal prep🤤
swipe left for all the macros and the seasonings I used. My shrimps were pretty big(the Argentinian red shrimp from ) . I baked them in 400 F for 6 minutes. And the risotto is also from and it is super easy to make if you follow the directions on the bag. 1 bag of frozen shrimp and 1 bag of frozen risotto gave me 3 servings.

Bavette steak with sherry shallot sauce, garlic parm potatoes and blistered beans. Inspired from a hello fresh meal that I found a while ago but I thought it needed some changes in cooking method of the steak and sauce ingredients to be perfect. Flank steak to me is a tricky cut of beef to cook. It can dry out easily but this method is perfect. Hope you enjoy it as much as me and my friends did💗

Today’s egg white creation is eggwhites with andouille sausage, roasted red potatoes and mushrooms topped with scallions, parsley and provolone. Best part of it is that it’s only 302 calories and it’s SOOOOO delicious 😱
I will have all the products I used in the stories and will try to find and tag them here. Also the whole story will be available after it’s gone under 🍳 white recipes on my IG highlights.

My favorite way to make egg whites taste good! Add herbs and veggies to them. This one is definitely a favorite. Green onions, basil, tomato and balsamic reduction and some type of cheese. I like feta and goat cheese.

(I got my already marinated carne asada from )
Perfect for taco Tuesday. Just cut in strips against the grain then cube them and put it in your tacos with whatever fixing you like.
1 min on each side on high heat and smoking hot cast iron pan. Don’t forget to let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into it.

can’t get easier than this!
Cajun veggie rice and smoked chicken.
I used pulled chicken that I got from . Rinsed my rice with cold water until the water ran clear then boiled it for 3-4 minutes until half way cooked. Sautéd my chopped veggies separately and then added them all to a large pan/pot sprayed with oil. Added my seasonings, covered and cooked on high for 2-3 minutes until it started steaming then reduced to low and cooked covered for 25-30 minutes.
For my mealpreps I used per meal prep 1/4 cup uncooked rice, 3.5 oz chicken, 3 oz raw mushroom and 4.5 oz raw asparagus.
