Now Hiring: Diesel Mechanic – Ambulance Fleet
Position Overview
Seeking a skilled and reliable Diesel Mechanic to join the team and maintain a fleet of emergency ambulances. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on diesel engines and related systems to ensure vehicles remain in top operational condition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
-Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations
-Ensure all repairs meet safety and performance standards for emergency vehicles
-Maintain accurate service records and documentation
-Respond promptly to urgent repair needs to minimize vehicle downtime
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
-Knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical components
-Certification in diesel mechanics or automotive technology preferred
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
