They profit from your “failure”. But it’s not you, it’s them.

They’re selling you random puzzle pieces without ever mentioning the big picture they fit into, and hoping you don’t notice, so you continue chasing and feeling lost, and never actually reaching your goal.

They’re hoping you don’t start asking the question “what is real metabolic health?”

Because then their clickbait will be useless.
Is it “one weird trick”?? Or “never eat this food again”? Or “top 10 fat burning foods”?? Or this one supplement you’ve never heard of that you’ve been missing this whole time??

They want to keep you from actually KNOWING how your body works, what metabolic health is, and that once you know, you won’t need them anymore.

You won’t need their next solution because you already understand how your metabolism works and exactly how to eat, exercise, and live in a way that gives you the results you’re looking for..

…without their next food list, or gadget, or potion.

I’m here to help women understand their metabolism and hormones work, so that they can look at foods, meal plans, supplements, and health gadgets and know if that’s actually going to help them or not.

My #1️⃣ metabolism tip is to optimize your protein intake. Everyone’s goal wills be slightly different, and depending on where you’re starting from, I usually help ladies titrate up and adapt to higher protein, but….

Go ahead and eat that protein, my gals. 🥩🍗🍳🥓

It stabilizes your appetite, reduces cravings, helps balance blood sugar, supports lean mass and helps you build muscle, therefore raising your metabolic rate, and the amino acids support maintenance and repair of your tissues…organs, hair, skin, nails, and even bones.
