Originally from Nebraska, I am passionate about promoting and increasing access to naturopathic medicine for Nebraskans. I am originally from Omaha, NE and am able to see clients who reside in the beautiful state of Nebraska. At this time I am also accepting clients in New York. I started this page to help raise awareness for Naturopathic Medicine in Nebraska. In Oregon, where licensure for NDs exists, I practice primary care and see everything from gut issues to mental health disorders. In Nebraska there is no licensure available - meaning that the state law does not recognize me as a doctor. This means that although I am A doctor, I cannot be YOUR doctor. Although I do practice primary care and see everything from A to Z, my clinical interests include: fertility and those trying to conceive, hormonal imbalances like PCOS, thyroid disease, cortisol dysregulation, endometriosis, body literacy, menstrual cycle awareness and support, acne, gut and skin issues, overall general wellness and preventive medicine. I am a lifelong learner, and committed to ensuring that you not only feel cared for in our visits, but also feel empowered to be the leader in your health journey. I love to educate my clients about how the body works and how to interpret the signals our body is sending us on a daily basis. I cannot wait to meet you!

Hi everyone!

I am so excited to share that I have started working with Dr. Leigh at Betula Naturopathic. Although I am seeing patients full time in Portland, OR, I am now available VIRTUALLY to see clients in Nebraska, New York, and Oregon!

Growing up in Nebraska, I understand first hand how difficult it is to have access to holistic health care. I am honored to be able to share my expertise in naturopathic medicine with my home state.

Some of my clinical interests include: hormone regulation (women's health, diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid concerns, etc), sleep disorders, anxiety and depression, and overall preventive medicine. I have extensive training in botanical medicine, pharmaceuticals, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and energetic medicine.
