There are so many options around our area making doulas more accessible. In certain counties, you are provided with a doula at no cost. So many doulas also take insurance now! Some doulas will even help for a discounted rate or no fee at all.

How can I help you?

As your doula, I help bridge the gap between medical staff and you. If you need information, I provide resources. If you need extra support through something difficult in your pregnancy, I'm available to talk. If your partner needs help during labor with supporting you, I am there for them too! Doulas are there for it all.
