The time has come!

I know you are all gearing up for deals and exploring ideas for gifts for yourself or someone special to you. Pilates style classes you schedule as a group. Have some friends or family that would like to try out the world of Pilates? Low weight, core burning, muscle sculpting fun is waiting for you at Shape'n Up Fitness Center.

This class is setup to be a private group training session, so pick your crew…pick your music…and let’s go!!

$50 per class, this can be divided up by the amount of participants.
5 participant per session maximum right now.
To book class time, fee must be paid to hold the spot. This will be available 7 days a week as often as scheduling and classes already on the gyms schedule can permit.

Just wanted to do a little reintroduction for this page, I’m Holly! I have a little over 10 years experience in personal training and group classes, 7 years of being a Certified Sports Nutritionist.

I’ve had a hand in it all: One-on-one, CrossFit, HIIT, Mobility, Geriatric, Special Needs, Post Partum, Post Physical Therapy, School Sports Strength/Conditioning and Core Strengthening just to name a few.
