Shrimp Bites That Dip Right Into Deliciousness!

These sweet + spicy + satisfying shrimp bites are totally Dip-aligned and perfect for a snack, appetizer, or light lunch!

Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients:

Sweet Potato Base
• 1 large sweet potato, sliced into ¼” rounds
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Sea salt to taste

Chipotle Shrimp
• 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp ground cumin
• ½ tsp sea salt
• ¼ tsp chipotle chili powder
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Guacamole
• 4 small avocados
• ½ cup fresh cilantro
• Juice of 1 lime (2–3 tbsp)
• 1½ tbsp red wine vinegar
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes
• Sea salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with 1 tbsp olive oil.
2. Lay sweet potato slices on the pan and brush the tops with the remaining oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
3. Bake for 10 mins, flip, and bake another 5–7 mins. Set aside.
4. For the guac: Pulse all guac ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
5. For the shrimp: Toss shrimp in seasonings. Sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat, 2–3 mins per side.
6. Assemble: Top each sweet potato round with a dollop of guac, 1 shrimp, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.

Dip-aligned. Flavor-packed. Fancy-feeling but easy AF.

Perfect for entertaining or meal-prepping a high-vibe bite you’ll actually look forward to.

Holy smokes I found my new guiltless treat.
1/2 vanilla protein shake, one packet sugar free A&W root beer.

Low Carb pizza bowls

1-2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1 cup of mozzarella cheese (or more or less)
Toppings Pepperoni , cooked hamburger, cooked Italian sausage , onion, bell peppers, black olive, banana pepper, ham, pineapple, or spinach the toppings are endless.
Use which toppings you like!
Either mix altogether or layer everything!
Top with the cheese
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown

If you’re a chip person like me, you’re in for a treat! 😉
For the chips:
Grab a few slices of mild cheddar deli cheese and cut into triangles or squares
Lay on parchment paper and bake on a baking sheet at 250° for 30 mins
Once done, remove and blot grease.
Set aside.
Nacho seasoning:
1/2 tsp fine sea salt (or salt of choice)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 chili powder
1/2 tbsp cheddar popcorn seasoning
Mix well.
Coat your cheese chips, toss and enjoy!

Zucchini Fritters

You will love these keto Zucchini Fritters! Made with fresh zucchini, coconut flour and cheddar cheese, this delicious appetizer is only 2 net carbs each.
Ingredients

3 cups shredded zucchini, dried and packed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup onion, chopped
3 large eggs
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
**Salt to taste AFTER cooking, if you add salt to the mixture itself it will release more moisture and be soggy.
Instructions

Shred the zucchini and place in a tea towel, fold the towel up and wring as much water out of the zucchini as you can. I do this at least two times.
Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Allow the mixture to sit 5 minutes. Coconut flour absorbs a lot of moisture, so it needs a few minutes to soak everything up.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat with just enough oil to cover the bottom nicely. Use a small (1.5 inch cookie scoop) carefully place the batter in the hot oil and flatten slightly. Allow the fritters to cook 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip.
Salt and pepper to taste after cooking, serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Spinach salad with warn bacon dressing.
1/2 bag of spinach
3 piece of pan fried bacon
2 hardboiled eggs
1 tbls Dijon mustard
1 tblsp apple cider vinegar
2 tblsp bacon grease
1 to 2 tblsp sweetener (I used monkfruit)
Fry your bacon and reserve bacon grease. Assemble your dry ingredients.
In the frying pan, combine bacon grease, Dijon, apple cider vinegar, and sweetener. Pour over salad
