Hi! I’m Stephanie and I use she/her pronouns. In August I graduated from the 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Yoga Centre of Niagara. I always wanted to take a teacher training program for myself and the opportunity presented itself. This training was amazing on so many levels. I went into this not sure I wanted to teach. Since graduating this has shifted and I’m excited to share my learnings. The most important things yoga has taught me is presence, being with discomfort and being okay with this feeling, and, most importantly, self-compassion. I practice and teach yoga because I love what it can offer and I want to share that with others. Yoga is soooo much more than the physical practice and is truly lived off of the mat. If you take a class with me you can expect a calm practice that cultivates presence, self-compassion, and joy 🙂
