Made this cake for a 1 year old yesterday . They asked for a watermelon theme so this is what I made her . Tried keeping this one simple for her and they all loved it .

Bottom cake was a 3 layer vanilla cake with cheesecake icing with strawberries and sauce inside and the little cake on top was a vanilla cake with freeze dried strawberry buttercream.
