What I’ve learned after cultivating my own habitual, magickal practice is: the more time you spend with your spirits… the more powerfully they show up in your life.

Conversations with my spirits (ancestors, guides, and saints) look like brainstorming sessions:
🤔 Where am I in relation to where I want to be?
🤔 Where am I in relation to where they started/ended their lives?
🤔 What might they do if they were in my shoes?

Time spent devoted to your spirits = time spent devoted to yourself and your growth.

Your spiritual practice nourishes your soul. It’s about opening up to receive guidance + a higher perspective.

This is the work we’re doing during the New Moon in Capricorn collective ritual.

Typically, I do one candle that burns for a few hours.

This weekend, I’m doing a candle that will burn for about 3 days. I’ll be checking in and working with the spirits during that time to shift energy. And it just makes sense.

During the new moon, there’s a Capricorn stellium going on: the Sun, Moon, Mercury, & Mars are all in the sign of Capricorn— which is ruled by the planet Saturn, that rules over time.

With Capricorn/Saturn, the more time (and therefore energy) you pour into something… the greater the reward and benefit you will reap. Just like with magick.

Honey is also a component of our magick. A slow moving, sensual sweetener: she brings goodness and fortune and blessings and pleasure. In Hoodoo, honey is worked with over time to bring fruitful, lasting results.

This ritual is for the woman who is ready to habitually pour into herself, so she can reap the benefits tomorrow, next month, next year, and next decade. The magick is just a boost.

When you move too fast, you make mistakes that cost you more time, energy, and money in the long run. This energy is inviting us to slow down. Do it right the first time. Take what appears to be the longer route right now, so you can relish in the fruits of your labor down the road. Remember, this is the new moon of the matriarch: the woman who works today with her tomorrow very clearly in mind.

Attention is an energetic frequency. And you can attune to it.

I have been the host of Naked & Noisy: Manifestation Tools For The Professional Woman for years, now.

But things changed in 2025.

My inbox began to flood with requests. People asking to be guests on my podcast. People asking me to be guests on their podcasts.

What was the difference between season 1 of the podcast and season 3?

What’s the difference between what was going on in August of 2025, when my inbox was being flooded with requests… and January of 2026 where the offers are pouring in again?

It’s energy.

It’s attuning to the energetic frequency of visibility.

This weekend’s Capricorn New Moon transit chart has a Leo rising.

It’s all about being seen.

Do you ever watch those videos of women dancing in a class? And even though there’s 3 or 4 women on camera, there’s one who is just… mesmerizing? Everyone is doing the same moves, but one woman just catches your attention and you can’t look away.

That’s how I felt when I was at the Renaissance world tour. There were moments when Beyoncé wasn’t even on stage, but there were mixes and scenes on the screen even when she was changing her wardrobe.

I didn’t want to p*e. I didn’t want to go get food. I didn’t want to miss it for a second.

Because the show Beyoncé put on was mesmerizing.

This is what it means to embody Leo energy. Leo energy is the star.

She’s the woman you want to watch.
She’s the woman whose profile you go to the second you open the app.
She’s the woman who you pray is available to work with you because no one does it like her.

She’s the woman you seek out.

Not calling on your spirits is like benching your star players, while the opposing team is slaying you guys on the field.

Your angels, ancestors, and spirits are watching from the sidelines.
They’re seeing your blind spots.
They’re begging you to put them in.

They have the power.
They have the influence.
They have the ideas and the connections.

But more importantly, you have free will.

All they can do is watch you struggle… until you call on them for help.

The moment you use your free will, and you open up to divine intervention and support… it’s up and it’s stuck. The opposing team doesn’t stand a chance.

And that opposing team could be your boss who “hates” you, or your own insecurities and thoughts that the world doesn’t want what you have to offer.

The second you open up to receive their support, is the moment they begin to show up in your life.

Full force.

And believe me when I tell you: there is nothing like having the full power and force of your lineage behind your efforts.

As I moved through quarter 4 of 2025, the walls were starting to close in on me.

That old story came up again.

😣 I’m not posting enough.
😣 I’m not pushing myself hard enough.
😣 Sales are going to slow down because I’m. not. doing. enough.

No matter how much I did, it felt like I wasn’t doing enough.

And money responded to me, as it always does.

I began telling the story, “I’m not doing enough to make money,” and my income dipped.

This caused me to panic. And instead of doing what I know to do energetically… I leaned into the hyper-masculine way of being.

I tried to work harder + it felt like I was falling behind + my to-do list just kept getting longer.

This mindset + challenges happening in my personal life = a recipe for burnout.

I started 2026 with a need for rest. So I took it.

No posts. No DMs. No nurture sequences in the IG stories or YouTube posts.

Instead, I took it back to the basics. Back to the energetics. to my relationship with money.

While I was in the hypermasculine trenches, I was telling the story that I wasn’t good enough for money to flow towards me— so it slowed.

But as I chose to prioritize relaxation (via tuning forks + healing frequencies + eft tapping + scripting)… I began telling the story that money supports me and takes care of me.

Once again, money responded. During my week of rest, sales began to increase without advertisements or any traditional effort.

💡Money isn’t responding to action, it’s responding to energy.

When you shift the story from “I’m not enough to be taken care of,” to “I’m being supported,” then money has a chance to do what it wanted to do all along… which is flow into your world.

You don’t put yourself first. You were taught that that behavior pattern is a virtue. It’s not.

Growing up, you were told over and over again that you were:

👉🏾 ungrateful
👉🏾 spoiled

When this happened, you were being taught that expressing what you genuinely want, need, and desire is wrong.

Over time, you began to put others first.

She thought she might need to get a second job.
Her business, the dream she poured her heart into, wasn’t supporting her enough.

The bills were stacking. Sales were inconsistent.

And anxiety was her normal.

Every month, she feared she couldn’t keep up.

Subconsciously, she told herself:

Someone paid me $6 to insult me.

Yes, really.

I was live on YouTube, sharing a free training to help women unlock their flow with money and support… and suddenly I saw a payment come through.

At first, I smiled… glad to be tipped for my work.

Then I read the message.

It was a troll. A random person telling me I needed to go on a diet.

And it didn’t hurt.
Not even a little.
Cause who cares about the opinions of someone you don’t know, who also doesn’t know you?!

It made me laugh.

Because I know who I am.
I am an important, significant woman who matters and belongs.
⬆️ That’s what it means to have self-worth. ⬆️

I’ve been showing up online for almost 7 years now.
I’ve had people question my intelligence, my methods, and even my right to teach… all because of the fat on my body.

But here’s the thing:
My self-worth is not up for debate.
It was never built by likes or compliments.
It was built by me. Brick by brick. Journal entry by entry. Meditation by meditation. Affirmation by affirmation.
