📣 We’re Hiring: Marketing Admin / Coordinator (Full-Time)
We’re expanding our team and looking for a Marketing Admin/Coordinator who can bring organization, creativity, and structure to our daily marketing operations. If you enjoy supporting teams, managing systems, and keeping branding consistent across multiple platforms, this role is for you.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
• Upload and manage website content, including blogs, updates, and brand assets
• Schedule and format social media posts; upload LO content into Total Expert
• Support Loan Officers by customizing templates, organizing tools, and preparing resources
• Handle user setup, permissions, troubleshooting, and system monitoring across marketing platforms
• Assist with onboarding new Loan Officerfs (business cards, email signatures, banners, walkthroughs, and template setup)
• Maintain Loan Officer profiles, answer marketing-related inquiries, and manage incoming requests
• Update intranet files, guides, and marketing materials to ensure everything stays current
• Edit PowerPoint presentations for events and trainings while maintaining branding standards
• Manage updates to internal forms, documents, and collaborate with HR/ops for consistency
• Support wholesale/TPO marketing tasks and broker resource updates
