Hello, For those of you that are new to my page allow me to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about my passion 💜
My name is Julie, I am a postpartum doula who also specializes in sleep training, newborn care specialist and antepartum care. I have over 20 years of doing what not only makes my heart happy but what I feel my calling is.
I am a proud mother of 5 and a very happy grandmother of 8. My love for children and the special bond between mother and baby is dear to my heart. If I’ve helped you in the past, I welcome you to leave me a comment telling others how I made a difference in your experience ✨

For many families, the postpartum period or “4th trimester” is a rite of passage in and of itself. It’s common to feel unprepared to meet the challenges this part of the journey brings. As postpartum doulas, we are privileged to walk alongside you as you welcome your new baby into the family, providing gentle, nonjudgmental support and encouragement as you find your footing in your new role. Our goal is to help you become self-reliant and confident in your new skills!

Meet Julie

Born and raised in Southern California, Julie Aiono is the mother of 5 adult children, and grandmother of 5. She has always had a passion for motherhood and babies, often saying as a child that she “wanted 10 little girls.” Happily married to her high school sweetheart, as Julie raised her family she often found herself assisting other moms in the care of their little ones, and eventually became a nanny. She has years of experience working with singletons and multiples, including twins and quadruplets.

After taking time off to help care for her grandchildren, she decided it was time to pursue her goal of becoming a certified Postpartum Doula. Julie is trained and certified through CAPPA. Her extensive training includes specialization in multiples and preemies. She is infant, child and adult CPR & First Aid Certified. Always pursuing additional training and education, she hopes to soon become certified as a Breastfeeding Consultant and Labor Doula to better provide for the families she is privileged to help.

With a flexible schedule and available for travel, Julie Aiono hopes to assist new mothers and families throughout Southern California and beyond during those first weeks home. Contact Julie today for more information!
