Our Unbound community is coming together for Luke. 💛

Many of you know Genevieve Buckley and her son Luke. At the end of January, Luke was suddenly diagnosed with Autoimmune Hepatitis, which caused acute liver failure and required emergency treatment. After time in the ICU and at UCSF Children’s Hospital, Luke is now awaiting a liver transplant while undergoing ongoing testing and care.

At the same time, their family is navigating extensive mold remediation in their home after water damage uncovered widespread contamination.

This weekend we are dedicating our classes to supporting their family.

✨ All classes will be free to attend
✨ Optional donations will go directly to their family
✨ I will be matching the first $500 donated

✨ MEET OUR NEW TEACHER: HANNA ✨

We’re so excited to officially welcome Hanna to the Unbound teaching team! 🖤

Starting this week, Hanna will be taking over Thursday at 4:30pm, bringing mindful flow, intentional strength, and that grounded-but-fiery energy we love.

Hanna is a yoga instructor and movement guide with over 10 years of personal practice and a 200-hour teacher training background. Her classes are dynamic, high-energy, and deeply empowering, blending power yoga, strength, and mobility while keeping breath and body awareness front and center. Expect to explore your edge, build resilience, and leave feeling strong, confident, energized, and fully present.

As we welcome Hanna, we’re also sending so much love to Bennett 🤍

While we’ll miss practicing with him weekly, we’re incredibly excited to support him as he grows his Ashtanga program in Midtown.

Growth looks good on you, Bennett — and this isn’t goodbye, just see you on the mat.

Almost through the blackout. 🕯️

Five days down. Five to go. And I've stopped refreshing the page.

Okay, mostly stopped. 😉

Tuesday mornings start with Angela's Strength class. Watching her coach someone through their first dumb bell row. Watching them surprise themselves. That never gets old.

Two years ago, this was just a dream scribbled in a notebook. Now it's a room full of people who feel like family.

Four days in. Still no peeking. 👀

The blackout is wild. No numbers. No rankings. Just me, checking my phone way too often and laughing at myself.

But you know what keeps me grounded? Watching someone grab the heavier kettlebell for the first time in Strength class. The little fist pump they do when they realize they can. That moment of "wait, I'm stronger than I thought."
