It was a pizza kind of night!

Homemade pizza with fresh milled flour has been in regular rotation in our house. We use einkorn, hard red or even spelt to make the dough.

Have some sourdough starter? We use our fresh milled flour to make discard pizza crust ALL the time and it's delicious 🤤

We use a recipe from Grains In Small Places for pizza dough and the discard recipe we've adapted from Farmhouse on Boone 🍕👌🏽

Snagged some zucchini while we were there and tried out our new cast iron bread pan!

The shop has fresh eggs, produce and flour, get inspired to make some yummy zucchini bread this weekend 😊
