It was a pizza kind of night!

Homemade pizza with fresh milled flour has been in regular rotation in our house. We use einkorn, hard red or even spelt to make the dough.

Have some sourdough starter? We use our fresh milled flour to make discard pizza crust ALL the time and it's delicious 🤤

We use a recipe from Grains In Small Places for pizza dough and the discard recipe we've adapted from Farmhouse on Boone 🍕👌🏽
