Here's a quick sauce to level up your pancakes this weekend! 🥞
In our house we call it dippin' sauce, a quick mix of maple syrup and butter over a saucepan for 5 minutes and you've got a delicious topping full of healthy fats and minerals!

Made with our fresh flour, aluminum-free baking powder, and a touch of organic cane sugar and Celtic salt. Just add egg, oil, milk—and flip.

This is why we are passionate about using fresh milled flour!

It has 40 out of 44 essential nutrients our body needs, and does not have any stabilizers or synthetic vitamins/minerals.
It truly is a super food!

Fresh milled flour has 40 out of 44 essential nutrients necessary for our health!
Organic and all-purpose flour are inferior in nutrition because they have been stripped of beneficial nutrients to lengthen shelf life. The vitamins and minerals that are in it, have been added back in a synthetic version of what was removed.
This is one of the many reasons fresh milled flour is so wonderful and easily used in our home kitchens.

Did someone say protein bread?! 4 ingredients!

We used:
Fresh milled einkorn flour
Whey (yogurt can be used)
Baking powder
Salt

Whipped up those ingredients and baked for 40 minutes.

Now we have protein packed, nourishing bread for PB&J's or grilled cheeses for lunch!
